This enclosed office space is located on the ground floor of „Bürohaus Alt-Rixdorf“ and has a view onto the patio. It is part of a landmarked building ensemble from the 1900s and ideally located between Richardplatz, Karl-Marx-Straße and Sonnenallee. High-quality, dark laminate and white-painted walls build the neutral canvas for your own design and furnishing ideas. The office has its own entry leading to the patio, and a private bathroom. Feel free to use the shared kitchen on the 1st floor; alternatively a small kitchenette with coffee machine and microwave could easily be integrated into the room. The furniture on the photos belongs to the previous tenant and will not be part of the rental.
