 Der Bereich ist durch eine Tür vollständig geschlossen
 Der Preis ist inklusive Internet, Strom, Heizung & Sanitäranlagen
 Der Preis pro Monat beträgt 1.600,00 EUR netto (inkl. Nebenkosten)
 Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt 1 Monat für beide Parteien
 Der Einzug ist nach dem 15. Januar diesen Jahres möglich
 Nur das Büro wird vermietet, keine einzelnen Arbeitsplätze

 The price is including internet, electricity, heating, sanitary installations, the printer and the kitchen
 The price per month is: 1.600,00 EUR net plus VAT and is to be carried out in advance
 Period of cancellation is 1 month for both parties
 Moving in is possible after the 15th of January this year
 Only the room will be rented out, no single working places
