ROOM: Maybachufer - Shared space on the canal

We're opening a small coworking space in the heart of Kreuzberg overlooking the canal. We're a collection of small companies and freelancers, many of whom already collaborate, and are looking for more people to join our community.

Based in a residential building and over 2 floors of 220m there are 2 offices and a few individual desk seats free. The space includes desks and seats according to the space, wifi, a shared meeting room, a communal break room, kitchen and tea and coffee. We're looking forward to this evolving into a professional but personal community.

The space will all be freshly painted white and furniture different to what you can see in some of the images. We're setting up over the next 2 weeks to move in on 16th July.

Spaces:
Room 1: Approx 24m, 1500/month + tax
Room 2: Approx 18m, 1050/month + tax
Fixed desk: 170/month + tax

For the rooms there is a 2 months deposit, and for all members a 2 months notice period (unless you are able to help find a replacement sooner).
