New space in Kantstrasse open for creative individuals, small enterprise or startups. Socially engaged focus is prioritised! You will be sharing the space with other creatives, other residents include a start up, graphic designer and an artist.

The space is divided into four open spaces of various size. Price ranges from EUR 150 - EUR 900.

We offer the choice of a desk or a space. The biggest space can fit up to 8 people. The space is in a very good condition and has a new kitchen and bathroom. The flat is a former alt-bau and has a typical Berlin feel.

The space is located right on busy Kantstrasse where you will find several good food places, cafes etc. The space is close to Savigny Platz (Sbahn) and Uhlandstr (Ubahn).
