We are ecoligo, a startup working in sustainable energy, and we have 3 beautiful rooms in our office to rent to a company of up to 12 people.

We recently moved into the space on Invalidenstraße, which comprises 2 floors of offices, a roof terrace, lounge/entrance area, kitchen and bathrooms (2x male, 2x female and 1x guest).

The office rooms are bright while the inner lounge area is cosy, and the entire space has a dynamic and creative atmosphere, with beautiful design features such as stained-glass windows and wrought-iron gating on the balconies.

We are around 10 people in the office at the moment and are currently growing after a Series A round. We're a friendly, diverse, relaxed yet motivated team and are looking to share our office with a similar team - one that is looking for a comfortable space that feels like their own, rather than an anonymous high-rise co-working space!

The space to be rented (68m2) includes:

- Full use of 3 furnished rooms (2 office rooms + 1 meeting room), one with large balcony, one with small balcony and one with full-length French doors
- Shared use of common spaces: kitchen, bathrooms, entrance/reception and roof terrace in coordination with ecoligo, as it is accessed through our offices
- Furniture: rooms (can) come with office chairs and tables for up to 12 people
- Electricity, water (still and sparkling), internet
- Coffee, tea etc can also be shared, upon discussion
- Office security system with keys for up to 12 people
