Wir sind ein wachsendes Start-up und suchen für unsere ungenutzte Fläche einen Untermieter. Heartbeat ist seit 2014 als Softwareanbieter für Krankenhäuser aktiv. Mehr über die Firma findet ihr auf: www.heartbeat-med.de.
Die Räumlichkeiten befinden sich in einer früheren Fabrik, in der sich verschiedene Unternehmen wie Home24 und Onefootball angesiedelt haben.
In unserem hellen und topmodernen Büro bieten wir Folgendes an:
- Raum für 7 Mitarbeiter inkl. Schreibtischen und Stühlen
- Mitbenutzung der Küche und der WCs
- Mitbenutzung der 2 Konferenzräume (nach Absprache)
- Internet
- heller Raum mit großen Fenstern; durch Glasscheiben von unserem Büro getrennt
- Büro mitten im Zentrum, Tram Station vor der Tür, S-Bahn Station Greifswalder Str. fußläufig erreichbar
Der Raum steht ab dem 01.12.2018 zur Verfügung. Die Warmmiete liegt bei 1.900€ und die Kaution beträgt 1,5 Monatsmieten.

We are a growing Start-up and are searching for a subtenant for an unused room within our office. Heartbeat was founded in 2014 and develops software for hospitals and clinics. You can read more about us at: www.heartbeat-med.com.
Our office is located in a former factory which today houses of many different companies including Home24 and Onefootball.
This sunny and modern office offers the following:
- Room for 7 people including desks and chairs
- Shared kitchen and bathrooms
- Shared use of the 2 conference rooms (to be discussed)
- Internet
- Very sunny room with large windows divided from the rest of the office by glass walls
- Very centrally located office with a Tram stop nearby and a short walk from S-Bahn Greifswalder Str.
The room is available from 01.12.2018. The “warm” rent is 1.900€ with a deposit of 1,5 months rent.
