ROOM: Private Office + Shared Conference Room

One private office is becoming available in our work-space in Bergmannkiez. The office is small (10qm) and suitable for 1 to 3 people. The office can come furnished with desks, chairs and shelving; it can also be emptied of furniture if the subtenant prefers. In addition to the private office, there is a 70qm conference room, plus a kitchen and two bathrooms.

In addition to gas heating and electric bills, there are two wireless internet accounts (one for the conference room and one for the offices.) A cleaner comes weekly. All bills and costs are included in the rent of 500 EUR per month. (Please note that a printer is not provided for communal use.)

Each subtenant (1-3 people) is given their own set of keys to the space. There are no set open hours. The communal spaces are shared with three other offices. These offices are used by two small businesses: a film production company and a nonprofit arts organisation. Normally there are a total of five people using these offices.

The Südstern U7 station is a three-minute walk from our space. The entrance to the space is on the ground floor of the Hinterhaus, overlooking a courtyard with garden. We are located around the corner from Bergmannstrasse, with the Markthalle and several grocery stores nearby as well as numerous restaurants and cafes.
