ROOM: a bright and equipped atelier/office with 2-4 desks for rent Aug - Dec 2022

a quiet and bright atelier/office available for artists or academics from August (8th or later till end of December 2022). Our space is 85 sqm but we offer only half of the space for rent while we're away for a couple of weeks/months. The space is equipped ideally for artists and academics with little to no hand-work and quiet operations. There are 2 vacant desks with drawers and chairs, another big desk/table with up to 4 chairs, a seating area and two lounge chairs to read or relax. There is also WiFi, a laser color printer, heating, WC, and a small modern Kitchen. The space is bright and airy, situated in an artist's foundry.

Location is in Weissensee, 2 minutes walk from the tram stop with free parking outside. Unfortunately, no lift, 2nd floor. Post Box available upon request.
