ROOM: Central 100m² Office in Green Kreuzberg Kiez

The office we're renting is 100 sq. meters and has space for 9 or more desks, a kitchen with a bar-style counter, two bathrooms, a smaller meeting room (or table tennis room) and a balcony. Besides the heating/electricity we also have a trustworthy cleaner that comes twice a week, which is also included in the price of rent.

Our office is located in the center of Kreuzberg, approximately a 10 minute walk from Kottbusser Tor, where there are lots of places to eat lunch. However, we are far enough away, that the office building street is quiet and very green (lots of park areas nearby).

Our dream tenant would be an international team that wants to make a difference in the start-up/technology scene, or a young company with similar interests. We hope to find tenants who are as respectful and flexible as we are! Move-in date would be 1 November 2019. Short-term tenants (3-6 months) preferred.
