OFFICE: Charming office for last-minute-planners

Our startup grows and now we need more space. For this reason we are searching for a new tenant for our cozy office in Prenzlauer Berg at the 4th floor- next to the station U Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz.
We only want to take the technical stuff with us. So it would be perfect, if the next tenant will buy all the furniture (kitchen, tables, chairs, couches, white boards, pinboards) from us - this is negotiable. The equipment covers 15 workplaces.
