YOUR area:
o You own space on the 4th floor with separate door
o Fitting for up to 20 people
o Private bathroom
o Small kitchen (no cooking option, but water)

SHARED area:
o Kitchen
o Meeting Room
o Balconies
o Roof Terrace
o Including use of everything like fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, BBQ, TV etc.

Services:
o Water, Coffee, Tea, Milk (Cow and Oat)
o Fruits
o Internet (your own Wi-Fi with a reserved bandwidth, up to 1 GBit)
o Cleaning Service once a week (on the weekend)
o Printing
o Mail Service
o Dedicated Office Management Person

Optionally you can rent your spaces fully furnished.
A basic workspace: table, chair, carpet (required because of the floor for the chairs) and a lamp would be 45 Euros per month.

All options and services are negotiable to a certain extent and the premises can be adapted even more to your needs.

PS: The pictures of the office show it (obviously 😉) unfurnished. It is currently partly furnished, but due to the current tenants photos are not possible.
