OFFICE: Charming Office in Wedding

We are looking for a subtenant for one of our offices in Wedding. The whole building used to be residential flats, but is now used for offices. That means you get the typical Berlin style with high ceilings, wooden floors and stucco.

The office is 45m² and on first floor. It consists of one big room and a spacious kitchen. Heating and electricity is included, while you need to get your own internet. We have a big meeting room in the flat next door – should you need one, we could include a sharing agreement.

The office is very close to Wedding S/U (access to Ring and U6) and at the edge of up-and-coming Sprengelkiez.

Starting date is as early as possible, minimum duration 6 months.
