OFFICE: Charming office for 25 people in Kreuzkölln

What do we offer?
We are sublenting our beloved light-flooded office in the great area between Kreuzberg and Neukölln for a year. There is a possibility to prolong the contract after that period.

In the office shelters easily 25 people. The office space consists of two beatiful departments in an old buidling in the second and third floor. The bigger department is in the 3rd floor and has 6 rooms (150 m²). The smaller one in the second floor has 2 rooms + kitchen (60 m²). The builiding has no elevator, and is therefore not disabled friendly.

The two offices are equipped with working desks and chairs, shelfs, etc. Also the meeting room has a desk and chairs (each one has also an additional storage space). The living room in the second floor has a sofa and two big tables, where around 15 people can have lunch at the same time easily. In the second floor there is a kitchen with fridge, stove, shelfs etc. Optionally we can also sell our equpiment if you want. The contract with the electricity would stay the same and is included in the price (for average usage).

What is missing to get started?
- Your computers and an internet contract
- If applicable and needed further equipment like screens, printer, beamer etc.
- Equipment in kitchen (plates, cups etc) (option to get ours if you wish)
- Regular Cleaning staff

Area
The area of the office is great to have lunch and a break at the canal. There are all kind of options for each budget in walking distance. The closest U is the U8 Schönleinstraße (3 walking minutes) or the U1 Kottbusser Damm (5 walking minutes)

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a reliable company, that is looking for a second home of their employees. Ideally the company wants to start renting in June 2018. The (first) contract will be done for one year. Respect is one of our big values, not only towards your employees but also towards our office. We want to find someone to trust, someone who will take care of the office as if it was their own home. For us it is key to find someone who values a fair and respectful interaction with the landlord, the neighbors and us.
