We are looking for a new tenant for our new office on Boxhangener Str., a stone's throw from Ostkreuz. The office was completely renovated last August, everything is new down to the foundations. Fiberglass is also available.

The office includes 5 rooms with space for 2-5 employees on one side, and three large rooms for conference rooms, dining area and workplaces on the other side (see appendix). There is also a kitchen and four toilets, one of which is handicapped accessible.

We had planned to hire more people here in Berlin. Since this is currently so difficult in our work area and we have mainly hired people from abroad, we are looking for a smaller office. An exchange would also be possible.

The office is fully equipped and could also be handed over to the next tenant for a fee.
