DESK: available co-working desk in Kreuzberg

Dear colleagues,

We have a 20 sq meters room available to sublet on the mid-long term in our 107 sqm office space (two floors) with own lock and own entrance into the flat.
Located in Waldemarstraße in Kreuzberg, very close to Marianenplatz.

Equipped with internet and heating. It can be sublet furnished (two desks, two chairs, water boiler and a big shelf) or totally empty.

It can be used as a regular co-working office space by free-lancers (max 2 desks / 2 persons) or used entirely as own office room for anyone interested. Ideally by free-lancers or start-up office in the field of performing arts but we are open to any other creative industry workers. Only to be used as office space and not studio (painting, building, rehearsal room, etc).

Rent: 240 euros per month ( desk) or 480 euros (entire room) all inclusive. Caution/deposit: 200 euros.

The rent includes internet, water and electricity and access to a shared toilet/bathroom next to the room, access to a shared kitchen (fully equipped) in the ground floor and access to a shared post box.

Available from September 2019 onwards for a minimum period of 6 months (with a try out of 2 months).

The room can be used inside our office opening hours (Mo-Fri 9 am to 7pm) and outside our office hours (weekends) in special occasions and upon request
