DESK: Nice place in shared office Dec/Jan - Mar - 150€

Hi guys,
looking for someone to take over my nice and quiet office desk jan+feb (possibly longer). It is located in a hinterhaus Urbanstr. 67 next to U Hermannplatz.
There are 10 people sharing the big space (~150sqm), form which very rarely more than 5 people are there. Most people are illustrators and animators, two coders. A great place to focus and get things done - we even have a hammock to relax :)
There is also a separate room for meetings.
Monthly price is 151€ + the german tax 19%.
