We rent office space in a building that was originally an artist's co-op 2 minutes from Kit Kat/Henrich Heine UBahn and we're looking for extra people to join us.

It's basically two co-joined rooms, directly opposite the shared kitchen and bathroom. 2nd floor of the building.

Share with four others who are all writers and content creators.

24/7 access with your own keys including weekends.

Furniture is included, but you can bring your own, too.

All utilities included, plus shared kitchen, etc. There's also podcasting equipment available.

Ideal for anyone tired of hot desking and looking for a permanent space to make their own. (You can also share your desk by personal arrangement).

Rent is €200+VAT per month (full time)
