DESK: Coworking space at "Umspannwerk": Desks available!

We are offering 1 - 8 desks within our open coworking space. The office is located in the second floor with two levels (open gallery) with a total number of 50 desks. Both levels can alos be reached by elevator (wheelchair accessible).

Connections for power and LAN are integrated in the wooden floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and stove, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishes. You'll also find bottled water and tea.

Also available: Two conference rooms with projector and TV, Wi-Fi and LAN (150 MBit/s), printer/copy machine, white boards and a receiption. Our address can be used as your business address.

We have special areas like the "Livingroom" (for casual meetings or comfy working) and the "Napping Room" (can be used for small meetings and phone calls as well). For fun and relaxing you can use an old-fashioned bar, a dart board, a billard table and most important: A candy wall!

All these offers and costs for power, internet, cleaning and security service are already included in the monthly price.

All prices are excl. VAT (19 %). We will take one total monthly rent (depending on the numbers of desks) for deposit.
