DESK: Quiet home office space in Mitte, near Torstrasse / Friedrichstrasse

We rent a large desk space in our home office in Berlin-Mitte. My wife and I both own our own businesses but she no longer uses the space. I occasionally use the space as well but most of the time an not there. Both of us are very laid-back people, organised, and responsible. We are looking for someone who will share our philosophy and wants a nice atmosphere to work in.

We live directly near Torstrasse / Friedrichstrasse near U6 Oranienburger Tor. There are dozens of nice cafés and restaurants around the corner from our home. We are directly at the entrance of the building in a very quiet courtyard — great for working peacefully.

We have lots of plants, artwork, and a “comfy” home. You are welcome to have as much coffee or tea as you like as well as cook a lunch or heat something up. The kitchen is next to the office. There is also a couch in the room and a large blackboard for posting ideas / brainstorming. Our bathroom is next to the living room which is very clean and new.

Our internet is a high speed connection 100 Bit/s high-speed internet (WiFi and cable).

We rent the office space / desk for 150€ per month or 10€ per day.

This includes free coffee, printing with a color Samsung laser printer, internet, shelf storage, bathroom, living room for a meeting, etc.
