DESK: Wedding! room for startup or single desks for freelancers in stylish Loft

Hello Freelancers or Mini-Start-ups,

We - two companies (film production company & webdesign / interactive / 3D design studio) - currently remodel a 200+ m2 Loft in Wedding from scratch to full design and office glory. All work will be finished by May 2016.

There are still desks available in a lockable, bright room, or the entire lockable room with desks!

We are looking for tenants committing to a at least 1 year rental agreement and are entitled to deduct VAT.

We like interdisciplinary exchange and networking, kind and fun people working in Design, Coding, Illustration, PR / Press, Film, Architecture, or related fields.
But please - if you do not fit the description and still think you would be a good match - write us!

desk = 300,00 EUR per month + VAT.
room = 1200,00 EUR per month + VAT
