We have a fine, small office for lease in Berlin-Schöneberg near KaDeWe. In our 80qm Office you can find 2 rooms, one with 22 qm and one with 34qm. In the rent is included a fix desk (incl. chair & lamp), energy, heat, lockable lockers, cleaning, WLAN (100 MB - guaranteed), scanner/printer/copier (incl. paper).

The corridor you can use for chilling, lunch and diner.

We have a high-quality coffee machine which is filled exclusively with organic products. 20 Hotdrinks (Espresso, Coffee, Latte Machiatto, Cappucino etc...) are including by the rent.
