DESK: Office Space in Bötzowviertel: Ideal for Freelancers or Small Startups

We would like to share our beautiful office in Prenzlauer Berg, Bötzowviertel with up to 5 more people.

The office is freshly renovated, we are the first tenants after the renovation and just moved in six weeks ago. The rooms have high ceilings and wooden floors and are flooded with light. Several new toilets, a new and fully-equipped kitchen and a basement with lots of storage room are available.

The location is close to Greifswalder Straße and Volkspark Friedrichshain. In general it’s a calm neighborhood, even though there are many cafes, restaurants and small stores around. The office is located on the ground floor, which is particularly nice during summer when we can open our large doors for fresh air.

We provide the chairs and desks. The all-in rent including internet amounts to 250€ per person per month.
