We are located in Bergmannkiez (Kreuzberg), very close to the Südstern U-Bahn station (U7), and around the corner from Bergmannstrasse.

The space includes three offices, a conference room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a garden. There are two wifi accounts, so internet is always available. And there's a weekly cleaner.

The rent includes all bills - gas, electric, internet and cleaner.

Because this is a sublet, there is no tax applicable.
