DESK: Desks at Lobe Block | Shared Berlin-based Brutalist Architecture Studio with Terrace and Garden

Welcome to our shared Berlin-based Brutalist Architecture Studio with a large terrace, garden, and urban gardening options. Lobe Block features an in-house canteen, event space, music nights, a conference space, and a Yoga and Massage Space next door. Designed by Arno Brandlhuber, Muck Petzet, Thomas Burlon, and Markus Emde, the brutal architecture of Lobe Block was finished in 2018.

From May 2023, we're looking for full-time or part-time tenants to share our studio. Option #1 is for two people sharing one desk in part-time, each for 210€ (net), while option #2 is for 1x person in full-time for 360€ (net).
You'll be working on Design Desks by L&Z and Faust Linoleum and will be provided with some storage space. Please note that there is no capacity for practical workshop areas.
