We offer offices in different sizes. It is possible to rent just one desk in an Open Space or have your own office with 4-25 desks. UFER is a co-working space in a classic berlin warehouse. Prices start from 300€/desk. Located at the heart of the Silicon Hinterhöfe, right by the canal at Paul-Lincke-Ufer, the bright space on the 4th floor offers all amenities for working, meeting and collaborating. Spanning two floors the entire space covers almost 1400 sqm and accommodates young international companies and freelancers. We offer brand new, fully equipped private team offices as well as fixed desk in an open plan area. All services are included, which means no extra fees for booking one of the 8 conference rooms. Coffee from our legendary neighbours Concierge roasters is on tap as well as craft beer from Berliner Berg.
