ROOM: 2 team rooms available in coworking space on the Maybachufer

Hi,

We currently have 2 team rooms available at Us+. A coworking space where we truly collaborate amongst teams and individuals. Sharing with creatives, developers, writers, film-makers and startups.

The space is in a residential building and over 2 floors of 220m there are 2 offices and a few individual desk seats free. The space includes desks and chairs according to the space, wifi, a shared meeting room, a communal break room, kitchen and tea and coffee. We're looking forward to this evolving into a professional but personal community.

The rooms are available from today.

Spaces:
Room 1: Approx 24m, €1500/month + tax
Room 2: Approx 18m, €1125/month + tax

A final few fixed desks are also available for €170/month + tax

For the rooms there is a 2 months deposit, and for all members a 2 months notice period (unless you are able to help find a replacement sooner).
