We are looking to sublet a room in our very centrally located office in Berlin-Mitte.

Our office is very well connected to the public transportation system, closest stations are Französische Str. (U6) and Stadtmitte (U2/U6). The S-Bahn station Friedrichstraße is about 10 minutes by foot. Many restaurants and shopping possibilities within spitting distance.

Included in the rent:
• Utilization of large common kitchen (where we usually have lunch together!)
• Utilization of kitchen equipment
• beverages (water and coffee)
• Up to two work tables and chairs
• Extra costs like electricity, heating and cleaning

Wifi/telephone are not included but can be installed at one's own account (technical requirements are fulfilled).
