DESK: Large desk in a creative studio in Wedding

Hey there! Looking for a large desk in a very open and creative office space? Then this is your chance :)

Annegret (Illustration), Martin (Freelance Consultant / Photographer) and Michael (UI/UX and Visual Designer) share a 65sqm room in a former shop, located at Liebenwalder Straße. The room offers a lot of space for our (and your) creative endeavours and is very bright, due to our superlarge windows.

Your desk would actually the biggest one here (200 x 90 cm) and comes with a nice lamp and a plant. Every other thing in the office is shared – our small kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine, the 200mbit internet and our A3 printer. Martin would also be open to share some of his studio equipment, in case you have to take photos of something or someone.

We are very open people and like to share our work and what drives our lives. That doesn't mean that there is no private space for you, if needed. We're planning a few events each month, but it's up to you if you'd like to take part.

We all have to do phone calls from time to time and enjoy a chat. But other than that, we prefer a relaxed working atmosphere. We're currently not looking for people that would cause too much noise, e.g. by using sewing machines or having a call center business.

It's a plus if you're living in Wedding and would like to use the space regularly. The minimum renting period is 2 months (that means you also will have a notice period of 2 months if you like to leave the office permanently). You will get a sublease contract and will receive an invoice each month that you can 100% deduct from your taxes.
